When you have found a product that you are interested in there is a Research Assistance option on the right hand side to Email or call us. Alternatively, you can also Contact us using the “Contact Us” and our Customer Service team would reach out to you

Are there samples available from products listed on the ReportsWorldwide.com site?

Sample availability varies from product to product. In many cases samples are available from a product’s product page after you login, or you can contact us if you would like to request a sample from a specific product and we can check if one is available.

Can I get a Proforma Invoice?

If you require a proforma invoice, you can generate this (along with an order form) from each product page on our website by clicking the "Request Proforma Invoice" in your shopping cart, and entering the requested details. Once generated, the proforma invoice and order form will be emailed to you. You can then complete and return the order form to place your order.

How are reports priced?

Report prices are set by the respective publisher. ReportsWorldwide.com periodically offer special promotions through various publishers. Our team would be happy to find the report which will best meet your needs and budget.

Which delivery format should I select?

Different products on our site are available in different formats as per the publisher of the reports. The list of formats a product can be seen on the right hand side of each product page. The primary mode of delivery of the product is Electronic. Electronic copy products are typically in PDF format but may also be in Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Access formats. The format that a product is available in is typically specified on that product’s product page. Non Electronic formats of deliver may attract postage charges as per the publisher and customer locations

How Do I place an order?

For placing an order, please click the Add to Cart button to begin the ordering process. The Shopping Cart will hold this product and any other choices until you decide to Proceed to Checkout. You can access your Shopping Cart from the cart link to the right of the Welcome message and your name on the overhead part of any page. You can modify your delivery options in the Shopping Cart by changing your delivery selection for the respective product. You can also change the quantity of the report. Once you’ve completed your choices here, click the Complete Order button.

Is the online ordering process secure?

ReportsWorldwide.com is committed to making a secure, safe environment for all of your online transactions. Therefore sometimes it will be necessary for us to request certain information from you on receiving an order. This information is requested so that we can confirm the cardholder authenticity. What payment methods are available?

We offer a number of payment methods:

  • Wire transfer: wire transfer or invoice can be made by contacting us at sales@reportsworldwide.com or by selecting the Wire Transfer option at the time of check out.
  • PayPal: You can select PayPal as your payment method during the checkout process.

Will I get an invoice for my order?

After your order has been placed an official invoice will be emailed to you on the email used during the ordering..

If making payment via credit card a receipt will be emailed to you.

We can of course issue you with both an invoice and receipt (once payment has been received) regardless of the payment method chosen if you wish.

Please note that your order will not be dispatched until we have received payment.

How soon will I get my order delivered?

Due to the various time zones our customers are located in, the timeline for delivery with each customer can vary. However, we strive to dispatch electronic products within 1 business day subsequent to receipt of payment.

Products that require physical shipping take longer to dispatch and generally arrive 5 to 7 business days after receipt of your order and payment.

How will my electronic product be delivered?

Electronic copy products are typically delivered via email 1 business day from receipt of your order and payment, if not sooner.

In order to ensure the successful delivery of your order please ensure that there is adequate room in your inbox to receive larger emails. Also, check that your email account is configured to receive both PDF and Word document attachments. It may be necessary to contact your administrator to ensure the email will not be trapped by a spam filter.

Due to the nature of the products we sell we're afraid that we are not able to arrange for dispatch of an order until payment has been received in full against that order.

What is ReportsWorldwide.com’s refund/return policy?

Considering the nature of the reports, refunds after receiving the copy of the report cannot be granted.


However, any modifications or customisations are at publisher's discretion.
